This is You:

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the staffing industry. As our Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product's evolution, shaping its trajectory for the future.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: You’ll be the architect behind our product strategies. Craft ‘em, execute ‘em, and watch ‘em work their magic.
• Own It, From Start to Finish: Take charge of the product life cycle from start to finish, guiding them from the drawing board to launch day.
• Dig Deep: Develop a profound understanding of our customers, their workflows, and pain points. You’ll champion their needs every step of the way.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features, balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Roadmap Management: Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that strikes the perfect balance between short-term wins and long-term goals.
• Trend Tracker: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to make sure our product stays competitive. We don’t want to be left in the dust.
• Customer Obsession: Keep the customer front and center, striving for the best user experience and never settling for less.
• Execution Excellence: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure timely and top-notch product delivery, driving success at every stage.
• Launch Mastery: Plan and execute product launches that leave a lasting impression.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze product usage data to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Been There, Done That: You’ve got at least 3+ years of Product Manager experience in the B2B SaaS world. We’re looking for a seasoned pro.
• Back It Up: You have a proven track record of successful product deliveries in fast-paced environments, preferably from seed up to Series A/B.
• Analytical Acumen: You’ve got strong problem-solving skills and a knack for turning data into insights.
• Communication Champ: Whether you're presenting to executives or collaborating with the team, you’re a master of clarity and precision.

Nice to Haves:

• Education: A degree in computer science, engineering, or business would be a big plus.
• Location: You can work from our office in Downtown Austin.
• Language: Parlez-vous Español? Hablas English? If you’re fluent in Spanish, even better.
