Backed by prominent Austin-based VC’s, we've been in the game for four years and are looking for a stellar customer success professional to help build the foundation for a great CS department.

We’re looking for an experienced customer success leader to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. If you're passionate about client success, thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and have a proven track record of delivering results, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our key accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Strategic Guidance: Proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption, and maximize ROI using WOLF’s platform.
- Retention and Growth: Drive client retention and expansion by consistently delivering value, addressing pain points, and identifying upsell opportunities. May be required to assist support in troubleshooting customer issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product enhancements and overall strategy.
- Customer Success Monitoring and Reporting: Create executive level reporting on customer health, including data related to support, product usage, etc…
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or related roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, or HR tech is a strong plus.
- Outcome-Based Success Mindset: A passion for driving customers to achieve measurable business outcomes
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with modern tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying problems and finding creative, effective solutions.
- Location: Must be located in Austin, Texas
