This is You:
We're looking for an experienced QA Lead who’s passionate about driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Your focus will be ensuring product quality by conducting thorough testing, identifying bugs, and improving overall the reliability of our product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Define and maintain QA standards and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of software products
- Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are testable and met
- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve software defects
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our QA processes remain competitive
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of QA experience
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
