is an award winning innovator in the staffing industry and seeking a hands-on, results-driven, Marketing Manger to lead our B2B marketing efforts. We are at the forefront of on-demand staffing platforms in the staffing industry and have reached the point where an experienced marketing professional should join the team. The company is venture backed, been in-market for 3 years and driving employment across 45 US states, which is probably more people than you have followers.
As part of our mission to launch the next 1,000 talent marketplaces, we are looking for an amazing marketing person to join our growing team.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:Develop and manage the B2B Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the exec team. We started it but it’s time for a pro to come in to iterate and make their mark.Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns to effectively engage prospective customers driving crucial lead generation to the sales team.
We know who they are, you need to engage them.Initial focus on demand-gen marketing to start with growth marketing later.
We know who are ICP's are, you go get their attention.Manage execution and perfection of your programs in collaboration with the sales, marketing and operations members.
Optimize conversion rates and focus on continuous refinement of the customer journey.Pride yourself on the success of your work through regular KPI, metrics and campaign reporting.Ability to operate within a fast-paced startup environment with agility, adaptability and a proactive approach to day to day challenges.You are empowered to own all things for Content Strategy and Thought Leadership. Publish compelling content for various channels you gauge as most effective, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and social media.Contribute to the development and refinement of our startup culture and our brand identity.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Done it before.
Proven track record of successfully managing B2B marketing operations within technology based business.You know the business model and how SaaS based subscription businesses work … nothing new to you.Hands-on execution in addition to experience with developing and managing other high-performing marketing team members.Your peers would say you have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all departments within a company.Blessed with the DNA and a mindset geared towards being data-driven with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.Fast paced environment is nothing new to you.
