Role Overview ⚡️
We’re seeking a Growth Specialist to help drive Textla’s next phase of customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, and execution, with a major focus on owning Google Ads in-house, improving SEO, and testing new channels that create pipeline.
Key Responsibilities 🖊️
• Google Ads Ownership: Own, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns in-house. This includes keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, copy testing, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
• SEO & Website Growth: Improve Textla’s search visibility through SEO strategy, content planning, keyword research, landing page optimization, and ongoing website improvements.
• Growth Experimentation: Design and run experiments across paid search, SEO, landing pages, outbound support, content, partnerships, and other acquisition channels. Evaluate outcomes and double down on what works.
• GTM Execution: Support the launch and refinement of GTM motions that help generate qualified leads and move customers through the funnel more efficiently.
• Operational Systems: Strengthen the systems, reporting, and workflows that help the GTM team move faster, stay organized, and make better decisions.
• Bottleneck Identification: Identify what is slowing down growth, whether in ads, website conversion, lead routing, content, analytics, or process, and help fix it.
What We’re Looking For 🔎
• Google Ads Experience: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with the ability to optimize for qualified pipeline, not just clicks.
• SEO Understanding: Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, content optimization, technical basics, and search intent.
• Growth Mindset: Comfortable testing new channels, measuring results, and iterating quickly based on what the data says.
• Execution Bias: Prefer owning outcomes over waiting for perfectly defined tasks.
• Structured Problem Solving: Thrive in ambiguity and instinctively bring structure to messy problems.
• AI + Automation Leverage: Use AI and modern tools to move faster, improve output, and automate repetitive work.
• Versatility: Move fluidly between strategy and execution across paid ads, SEO, content, analytics, and GTM operations.
• High Ownership: Care about impact more than titles or perfectly defined swim lanes, and want a steep growth curve with meaningful responsibility.
Compensation Range: $175K - $225K
