What you’ll do⚡
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Textla’s product.
• Work closely with engineering and design to scope, build, launch, and iterate quickly.
• Identify the highest-leverage product opportunities.
• Bring strong product judgment to undefined problems.
• Speak directly with customers and transform what you learn into clear product direction.
• Utilize AI tools to prototype ideas and improve how the team builds.
Who we’re looking for 🔍
You are an A-tier product builder.
You love taking something from 0→1. You can take an ambiguous product area, find the customer pain, shape the solution, and get it shipped.
You are not just a roadmap manager. You are hands-on, sharp, and customer-obsessed. You make good tradeoffs quickly, work well across the organization, and bring clarity without slowing the team down.
Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience in early-stage (pre-seed to Series A) startups.
• Strong technical experience or CS degree equivalent.
• Experience building 0→1 products and scaling existing products.
• Strong customer empathy and excellent product judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward shipping.
