The SDR Operations Manager position will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting Marketing’s global sales development team. You will manage the SDR tech stack, implement AI-driven optimizations, handle reporting and data analysis, and partner with the global Director of Sales Development to continuously improve processes to make our SDRs even more productive and efficient. The manager also plays a key role in onboarding and ongoing enablement for SDRs, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their efforts to connect SpyCloud’s identity threat protection solutions with cybersecurity leaders worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the SDR tech stack:
- Administer Outreach, Orum, and other tools and data sources, while ensuring adoption of new workflows.
- Evaluate and deploy productivity-boosting solutions that streamline SDR operations and drive efficiency gains.
- Implement and own gen‑AI tooling.
- Develop and document playbooks that blend AI and human touches.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and partner with the Director to implement process improvements to streamline the day-to-day work of the SDRs.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Build and manage dashboards and forecasts to surface conversion insights, trends, and capacity models in partnership with the Director.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for regional and industry focus areas.
- Measure the efficacy and improve account prioritization models.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, RevOps, Sales leadership, and Channel to improve hand‑offs.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in Sales/Revenue/Marketing Operations, with at least three years directly supporting SDR or BDR teams.
- A clear point of view about cutting edge of sales prospecting data/automation/methods and demonstrated success rolling out AI or automation programs that cut manual prospecting time or boosted meetings booked.
- Advanced Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo and Orum admin experience required.
- Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or Demandbase.
- Proven ability to design and interpret funnel analytics, capacity models, and A/B test results – translating data into insights that drive business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to identify and remove blockers.
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders at all levels.
