Job Description:

As the Vice President of Sales at SpyCloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and achieving revenue growth. Your strategic vision, sales leadership, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a results-driven sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key industries and markets to expand SpyCloud's customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and pain points, providing valuable insights and positioning SpyCloud's solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective pipeline management and adherence to sales best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress and making data-driven decisions to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance SpyCloud's competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 10+ years of experience driving revenue growth in a cybersecurity or technology-related industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
