Our Corporate IT team is in search of an awesome IT Support Engineer who can help fulfill the mission of providing excellent support to our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responding to end-users support requests, on-site or via remote connection
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
  • Providing operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as laptops, mobile devices, printers, and A/V
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, and software while ensuring best in class security systems and best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and greater efficiency while leading the initiatives
  • Maintain accurate Asset Management records
  • Creating updating, and maintaining end-user facing knowledge-based articles
  • Team up with our Security Team to raise the bar on our IT security posture

What You Bring:

  • 3+ plus years experience in an IT support role
  • 3+ plus years experience in troubleshooting Apple devices
  • 2+ Experience with employee lifecycle processes, both hardware (asset recovery) and software (systems access)
  • Experience using and managing ticketing system
  • Experience with working 3rd party vendors
  • Experience administering a wide range of SaaS Applications including, but not limited to, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc
  • Experience in managing identity and access management tools such as Okta and Google Workspace
  • Experience managing Mac devices using device management software (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, etc)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Okta
  • Experience with Jamf
  • Experience with Ubiquiti
