GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Austin or Remote

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help design and implement the execution of multi-touch demand programs that connect us with our target buyers, create opportunities, and accelerate pipeline. About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Demand Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be a key partner in sales and marketing alignment by building scalable demand programs that drive pipeline. This role is a mix of strategy, planning, execution, and all things data. We are looking for a well-rounded marketer who will bring fresh ideas and plans for growth and improvement in our existing programs and turn those ideas into action, iterate, and improve performance.

Who You Are

  • You have a wide breadth of experience developing, managing, and iterating programs, and the ability to measure their effectiveness.
  • You’re an expert in digital marketing, including PPC, lead nurturing, list management, and segmentation.
  • You like to experiment and take calculated risks.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MarTech platforms, including HubSpot/Marketo, 6Sense, and Salesforce.
  • You have a deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and growth levers.
  • You are a disciplined multi-tasker with the ability to manage competing priority deadlines.
  • You’re an activator, self-starter, and both strategic and tactical — able to operationalize good ideas.
  • You’re disciplined and organized, with strong project management skills and able to meet competing deadlines.
  • You’re an excellent writer and clear communicator.
  • You’re passionate, enthusiastic and see challenges as opportunities.
  • You can be creative in development and data-driven in sourcing the validity of key programs that drive pipeline.
  • You are agile and adaptable to change.

What You’ll Do

  • Determine the tactical mix between email, ABM, hosted-webinars, content syndication, and paid third-party programs.
  • Build, execute, optimize, and report on all digital marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations on campaign development, segmentation, performance, reporting, and well as automation assets, including, emails, nurture programs, list management, as well as database hygiene.
  • Partner with Field Marketing and our Events team on pre- and post-event lead nurturing that goes beyond just email marketing.
  • Partner with our Brand and Communications team on strategies to improve website conversion.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing on buyer journey mapping and creating campaigns that drive pipeline at each of those stages.
  • Manage and execute our product-specific and pipeline-generating newsletters and webinars.
  • Work with the entire marketing team to ensure campaigns are on track and teammates are meeting launch deadlines.
  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
  • Constantly measure performance against expectations; suggest and implement additional strategies to assist in meeting our marketing goal.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with revenue-generating marketing programs
  • Previous experience in demand marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • Hands-on expertise in project management, marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and sales tools required (Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense, preferred).
  • Experience with cybersecurity industry/personas, a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal/relationship-building skills
  • Command/ability to hold others accountable
  • High degree of responsibility and follow-through
  • Able to juggle multiple, simultaneous projects
