As a Training Program Developer (Fraud Investigations), you will work closely with the fraud investigations, risk management, compliance, and operations teams to understand their training needs and create customized training materials and programs for fraud analysts and trainers. You will create content that allows our team to deliver training sessions, monitor their effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to our training offerings in the fintech or financial services sector. This contract role plays a crucial part in our strategy to enhance the knowledge and skills of our fraud investigations team, aligning with Self’s fraud mitigation and prevention objectives.

**This role will be a 6-month contract.**

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's fraud investigations objectives.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand training needs and gaps.
  • Build out scalable training frameworks to equip Trainers with the skills they need to provide the best learning experience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and refine them based on feedback.
  • Create and maintain training materials and resources related to fraud investigations.
  • Manage and update training records.

What you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing scalable training programs from the ground up, coupled with a successful track record in effective delivery of these programs.
  • Experience working with offshore or vendor teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of prevalent fintech/financial services prevalent fraud trends.
  • Proven ability to identify and analyze emerging fraud patterns and extensive knowledge in the field of fraud detection and prevention..
  • Comprehensive understanding of training methodologies and tools.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs from scratch, particularly within the fraud sector.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Contract Details:

This is a contractor position for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The role does not constitute employment and does not come with benefits typically associated with full-time employment. Specific contract terms will be discussed during the negotiation process.
