About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrative Specialist to support our growing Bauru team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with candidates, and takes pride in creating a positive new-hire experience from offer through onboarding. You will play a key role in building our local talent pipeline while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Bauru-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting strategies, and candidate profiles.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates.
- Post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and support offer processes.
- Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and a candidate-first mindset.
- Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate workstation setup, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure new hire readiness.
- Draft and send new hire announcements to the broader company.
- Track onboarding tasks, documentation, and system access to ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate information across HR systems.
- Support People Ops with projects related to process improvement, documentation, compliance, and engagement.
- Provide administrative support for local HR needs and serve as a reliable point of contact for Bauru employees.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (startup or high-growth environment a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient with Google Workspace; experience with ATS or HRIS tools is a plus.
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to support both talent acquisition and people operations.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal), essential for communicating with leaders, candidates
- Ability to work onsite in Bauru 2x a week.
