Restream is looking for a driven and ambitious Office Coordinator to join our team based in Cascais, Portugal.
What You'll Do
Office Operations
Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and equipment
Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and repairs for the office space
Serve as the main point of contact for the building management
Support scheduling, and meeting coordination as needed
Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up workstations or welcome kits
Culture and Employee Experience
Organize team events, lunches, and company gatherings
Support internal communications related to office policies, events, or updates
Partner with People or HR teams to ensure a smooth employee experience
Vendor & Budget Management
Coordinate with external vendors (caterers, cleaners, IT support, etc.)
Track office-related expenses and manage the office budget
Order and stock kitchen, office, and team supplies
What We Look For
2+ years in office coordination, office management, or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
A proactive, resourceful, and people-first mindset
Speaks fluent English and Portuguese
