Restream is looking for a Product Manager to be a visionary and evangelist for our product. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product aligns with the overall strategy and objectives of the company. You will also be accountable for planning and executing product-related activities throughout its lifecycle. Additionally, you will act as the empathetic voice of our users, collecting, aggregating, and prioritizing customer feedback and requirements. To ensure that we meet our growth and customer satisfaction goals, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support teams.
What You'll Do
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Act as a leader within the company.
- Stay on top of new tech to optimize product development.
- Know the way around metrics.
What We Look For
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Passion about solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously to deliver business, customer, and user value.
- Self-directed and operated with urgency, focus, and discipline.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
