Who You Are
Ontic is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing cross-functional projects across a global organization effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, the ability to manage resources and a keen focus on achieving project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. This person will also have excellent communication skills to adapt to working with all levels of leadership and associates, the ability to effectively handle competing priorities, and project manage stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project deliverables and establish clear milestones.
  • Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Monitor resource utilization and address any issues that may impact project progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address potential challenges and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and leadership including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide updates on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct reviews as necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Share lessons learned and contribute to the development of project management methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
  • 5 plus years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in [specific industry or type of projects, if relevant] is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
