Who You Are
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect focused on expansion, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs, designing tailored solutions, and driving upsell opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and sales, influencing the growth and success of both our clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Ontic solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' current and future needs
- Actively identify expansion and upsell opportunities, working closely with the Account Management team to drive revenue growth
- Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the client engagement lifecycle
- Customize and optimize existing solutions to accommodate clients' evolving needs and support their growth
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams, conveying feedback and requirements for continuous improvement
- Working closely with the pre-sales team and bringing solutions to life.
- Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the value of their Ontic investments
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of expansion initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience as a Solutions Architect, in a SaaS company managing large enterprise clients
- Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, and SaaS architecture
- Have experience with enterprise integration, client relationships or IT integration design
- Broad technology experience including cloud architecture, applications development, relational databases, SQL databases, analytics, machine learning, security, storage, and cloud migrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective technical solutions
- Experience in identifying and capitalizing on expansion and upsell opportunities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
