Who You Are
Ontic is looking for an experienced Senior ABM Manager specializing in digital advertising and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. This role is based in Austin (hybrid), Chicago (remote), or New York City (remote).
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and versatile marketer to help take our programs to the next level. As a Senior ABM Manager, you will strategize, plan, and execute high-impact integrated marketing campaigns focusing on digital advertising and ABM programs to drive engagement with our target accounts.
We are looking for someone who will be focused on creating, measuring, and maximizing new business opportunities for Sales through a mix of programs. As a critical member of the Marketing team reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Success, and Services teams and contribute your knowledge, perspectives, and capabilities to Ontic’s overall go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.


  • Strategize and execute an integrated ABM approach through digital advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, and virtual roundtables to attract and engage target accounts and accelerate deals
  • Develop and execute trigger-based campaigns, including research and analysis, account identification, content creation, campaign execution, and measurement
  • Own our digital advertising program, driving strategy across engagement and sales journey stages in collaboration with our digital ad consultant
  • Manage our content syndication program, including establishing audience targeting, determining content offers, and ensuring lead delivery goals are met
  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital ads calendar and timelines, including supporting new content launches and A/B testing ad creative
  • Establish engagement targets for ad channels and owned campaigns and analyze ROI
  • Maintain feedback loop with Sales to determine appropriate coverage of target accounts and ensure integrated marketing programs are effective in generating and accelerating pipeline within Ontic’s target account list
  • Assist in the reconciliation of the marketing budget for owned programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience managing marketing programs in B2B software
  • Successful track record of owning or being a key contributor to ABM strategy and advertising programs and reporting on the effectiveness
  • Experience executing B2B ad strategy across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook
  • Experience leveraging an ABM platform such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus to segment audiences and measure engagement at an account level
  • Proficiency with Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP) and Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage contractors and work well with all levels across the organization as well as with clients and prospects
  • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects
  • Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
