Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a specialized focus to lead and oversee our Integrations initiatives.

The TPM will lead cross-functional technical programs, remove blockers, improve processes, and ensure the Integrations roadmap is executed efficiently. This is a technical and strategic role requiring strong program management discipline, excellent communication.

The ideal candidate will bring project and program management experience, strategic planning, implementation, and delivery models—particularly in large-scale environments. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our Integrations strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and customer success teams while managing risks and dependencies.

Success in this role requires exceptional technical, communication, analytical, and project management skills, key sense of ownership, along with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • The TPM will lead cross-functional technical programs, remove blockers, improve processes, and ensure the Integrations roadmap is executed efficiently. This is a highly technical and strategic role requiring strong program management discipline, excellent communication

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integration programs—from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. Build and execute detailed Project plans for our integrations. Ensure the smooth, reliable delivery of these in our releases for client customers.

  • Own the coordination, communication, and delivery discipline. This role ensures Ontic executes with precision, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to every integration initiative while freeing up technical teams to focus on building scalable solutions.

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of the integration release process, managing cross-functional coordination, ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards are met. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external integration partners.

  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, operations and success teams to ensure releases are high-quality, timely, and aligned with Ontic’s overall product and cloud SaaS roadmap.

  • Client communications around the release delivery timelines, risks to releases and mitigation plans is key to success.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background to be able to “peel the onion” on what is needed for the individual integration plans.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex technical programs, balancing ongoing project execution with evolving scope and emerging technical challenges.

  • Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and discovery with potential clients to evaluate deployment suitability and design tailored implementation plans.

  • Skilled in project management of technical initiatives, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency development for enterprise deployments.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable business terms for non-technical stakeholders, enabling faster and better-informed decision-making.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams (Sales, Engineering, DevOps, Client Success, and Account Management) to deliver on key milestones.

  • Ability to reduce operational load on technical teams by owning program management, stakeholder communications, and alignment of technical execution with business priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management

  • Prior experience working in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software environment.

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools

  • Background in release management, and cross-functional leadership across distributed teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; advanced degree a plus.

  • Nice to have a deep understanding of system architectures and integration patterns.
