Who You Are
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Technical Program Manager (Delivery TPM) to spearhead delivery of a security SaaS product to strategic customers. This initiative involves data security, encryption, and privacy within a large-scale, cloud-native environment.This role is pivotal in maintaining customer trust and ensuring a robust, secure platform architecture by driving projects at the intersection of infrastructure, privacy, and security. You will directly manage the delivery of internal tools, services, and platforms that empower security teams globally. This role reports to our VP, Technical Program Management
Key Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of impactful technical projects centered on data encryption, key management, and privacy across cloud services and internal systems.
Champion Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and enterprise key control strategies, ensuring secure integration with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS KMS) and internal key infrastructure.
Partner closely with engineering/DevOps, information security (InfoSec), legal (privacy), compliance, and infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into scalable and practical solutions.
Oversee the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across services handling sensitive customer or internal data, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
Ensure programs are audit-ready and thoroughly documented for internal risk assessments, legal reviews, and external regulatory requirements, facilitating smooth delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to encryption strategies, data access models, and overall compliance posture, ensuring project timelines are met.
Serve as the primary delivery lead requiring extensive collaboration and alignment across diverse technical and business domains, driving projects to completion.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of technical project or program management experience with a strong focus on delivery, preferably within a cloud-first, large-scale technology organization.
Demonstrated expertise in data encryption, BYOK, key lifecycle management, and secure infrastructure design principles.
Proven experience delivering projects on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), including a strong understanding of security controls and configurations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities, with a track record of driving successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or CIPP/E.
Experience operating within regulated environments or highly secure platform teams in a large technology company.
Familiarity with enterprise identity and access management (IAM), Hardware Security Module (HSM) integration, and zero trust architecture concepts.
Prior experience with internal tooling, privacy platforms, or infrastructure supporting global enterprise compliance initiatives.
