As an Account Manager for Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention through strategic planning, account management, and relationship building. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer success is a key component of the overall business strategy. Your ultimate goal will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes, thereby increasing revenue and loyalty.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Empower OneDay customers to create instant, authentic video content to drive revenue growth and engagement through the adoption of OneDay.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer success goals
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and address customer challenges and opportunities, working with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor customer health and take proactive measures to address any issues
  • Provide regular reporting on customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement customer success best practices and processes
  • Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on customer feedback

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Experience working with SaaS or other technology-based products a plus
