About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in closing mid-tier and enterprise SaaS agreements. DocJuris is an AI platform that delivers joy to legal, procurement, and sales teams by cutting contract cycle times and increasing consistency.

This role requires full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and deal execution to renewals and expansions. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, collaborates cross-functionally, and excels in a fast-paced startup setting.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience successfully closing mid-tier and enterprise SaaS agreements in a specialized SaaS or AI software space.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, as well as driving customer renewals and expansions.
  • Experience partnering with SDR teams and marketing to develop and execute targeted account strategies.
  • Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, gaining buy-in from technical and business decision-makers.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, providing product feedback and collaborating with leadership on sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a book of business, ensuring the company meets and exceeds bookings and revenue targets.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales, from initial engagement to negotiation and close, ensuring agreements align with business objectives.
  • Develop champion relationships within target accounts, driving consensus and momentum across decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to identify, engage, and convert high-priority accounts.
  • Work closely with executive and product teams to refine positioning, differentiate against competitors, and close strategic deals.
  • Partner with Client Success to drive renewals and expansions, ensuring long-term customer retention and growth.
  • Operate in a fast-paced startup environment, providing product feedback and influencing go-to-market strategy.
  • Win.
