Sr Product Marketing Manager
Claravine
Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM)
Who We Are
At the birth of digital, Claravine noticed a persistent problem with data integrity. This discovery led to a unique category solution that continues to redefine how top brands and agencies manage the digital experience. We take the drama out of data by standardizing data at the source, giving people, teams and technology a shared understanding of their data.
What We Do
Claravine is The Data Standards Company. We help brands and agencies deliver on the promise of modern marketing by standardizing taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata across all digital experiences at the source of data creation. That’s why a quarter of the Fortune 100 use our platform, The Data Standards Cloud, to define, apply and connect standards across their ecosystem for faster decisions, greater agility, and increased ROI.

You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners and ground the team in market insights, buyer personas, and customer outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution: a storyteller who can translate technical features into business value, a market analyst who can refine ICPs and personas, and a collaborator who drives our GTM cross-functional teams with the tools to win.
What You’ll Do
Market Insight & Buyer Persona Development
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, analyst perspectives, and emerging trends, especially for our target ICPs (marketing ops leaders, creative and campaign managers, CMOs).
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to refine and document buyer personas, including pain points, buying triggers, and success metrics.
- Translate market and customer insights into inputs for Product messaging, positioning, and roadmap priorities.
Positioning, Messaging & Value Proposition
- Translate product features into tangible use cases, differentiated value, and customer outcomes.
- Build industry narratives that align Claravine’s capabilities with broader themes like data-driven marketing, governance, and AI-readiness.
- Partner with Product Management and leadership to influence roadmap priorities and pricing decisions based on customer willingness to pay.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launch Execution
- Own GTM strategy and execution for product launches and feature releases.
- Drive launch readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners with coordinated plans.
- Create launch communications and collateral (pitch decks, datasheets, videos, blog posts, FAQs).
- Develop and attain a high Launch Readiness Score.
Sales & Customer Enablement
- Develop sales tools such as competitive battle cards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides.
- Train and enable Sales and Customer Success teams to position Claravine effectively and win in competitive situations.
Success Metrics & Impact
- Increase win rates and deal velocity through effective positioning and enablement.
- Drive content engagement including blog views, webinar attendance, video watch rates, and click-through rates on PMM-produced assets.
- Drive post-launch adoption, active users, and feature utilization post-launch.
- Influence pipeline and revenue through impactful launches and GTM programs.
- Improve analyst recognition and market perception of Claravine in the martech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS, preferably in martech/adtech, data management, or related industries.
- Proven ability to craft differentiated messaging and positioning in competitive markets.
- Experience leading GTM strategy and execution for product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to measure and report on product marketing impact, including launch adoption, pipeline influence, and sales enablement effectiveness.
- Strong experience leading product launches, from planning through execution.
- Ability to analyze market and customer insights and translate them into strategy and storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business value.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive alignment and results.
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple launches, campaigns, and enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- A passion for customers and the ability to put yourself in the shoes of different buyer personas.
