We Are Hiring
The Director of Product Management at Clarvine is responsible for the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The Director of Product Management manages the end-to-end product management process and leads a small team of PMs and a product designer.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
- Break down product strategy into actionable goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measured business impact.
- Define and manage product goals, ensuring clarity and prioritization across features and initiatives, balancing business value with customer needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of Product Management, from ideation to launch, and post-launch impact assessment.
- Build Product initiative and story one-pagers.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a small team of product managers and a designer, guiding them through all stages of the product discovery lifecycle.
- Ensure the team operates efficiently with clear goals, responsibilities, and timelines, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Be hands-on and tactical whenever needed, by writing Product one-pagers and use cases to enable Engineering to start building.
Cross-Functional Communication & Alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products that meet market needs and align with business objectives.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by providing relevant data, insights, and trade-off considerations.
- Foster strong relationships and communication channels to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with the GTM organization on pricing & packaging, releases and enablement, and presale motions.
Customer & Market Research
- Establish processes for collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, ensuring that we remain customer-focused.
- Triage and collaborate with customer support and success teams to address product-related customer challenges or questions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, and business value.
Accountability & Measurement
- Measure the impact of product features in production, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to ensure product success and market adoption.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is an experienced product leader in the ad-tech, agency or brand marketing industry, with a background in driving cross-functional work streams to success.
- A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Product management experience in at least two organizations that serve a growing enterprise customer base.
- A proven track record of managing product priorities and breaking down strategies into executable goals.
- Experience leading and coaching product managers, designers, and partnering effectively across departments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product direction and engage stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
- An analytical mindset, with a passion for using data to drive decisions and measure product success.
Compensation for this role begins at $175,000.00 per year and is commensurate upon experience.
