We Are Hiring

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary product leader to lead our product strategy and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product strategy background, particularly in user design and experience, managing customer feedback and engagement, and organizing Agile development processes.

What You’ll Do

    • Product Strategy and Vision
      • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
      • Champion a compelling product vision that drives innovation and differentiation in our industry.
      • Employ user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
      • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences across all our products.
    • Customer Feedback and Engagement
      • Establish processes for collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.
      • Work cross-functionally on strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, driving user satisfaction and retention.
    • Agile Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development workflows effectively.
      • Organize and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver value iteratively.
      • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
      • Foster strong relationships and communication channels to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
    • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
      • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
      • Use insights to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Leadership and Team Development
      • Provide visionary leadership to the product team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.
      • Hire and inspire top tier product talent, fostering their professional growth and development.
      • Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree or additional advanced degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in product management roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
  • Extensive experience leading user design and experience initiatives, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing customer feedback and engagement processes to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience organizing product backlogs in tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building world-class products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The starting base salary range for this role begins at $200,000.00 annually and is commensurate upon experience.
