We Are Hiring

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in product design and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate should be a leader ready to explore new design frontiers, effectively combining creative problem-solving with the latest technologies to elevate our product's user experience. This position requires someone who can inspire the team, lead design innovations, and ensure our applications set new benchmarks in user satisfaction.

This candidate is someone who has mastered the fundamentals of design, with a deep understanding of essential design principles such as composition, hierarchy, balance, color theory, and typography. Proficiency in leading design tools like Figma is crucial. This role demands strong visual communication skills, ensuring ideas and information are conveyed effectively through design. Moreover, a user-centered design approach is at the heart of our work, guiding the development of applications that meet and exceed user expectations by focusing on intuitive, engaging user experiences.

What You’ll Do

    • Application-focused Design Expertise
      • Lead the design and development of intuitive, scalable, and engaging user interfaces for our web applications.
      • Ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions.
      • Explore different design options and refine them based on feedback.
      • Be the advocate for product design at Claravine.
    • User Research and Testing Proficiency
      • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to understand the needs and behaviors of our application users, using these insights to inform design decisions and create a user-centered design approach.
    • Collaboration with Product Teams
      • Work closely with product managers and engineers to align the UI/UX design with product goals and technical constraints, ensuring seamless implementation of design into final solutions.
      • Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
      • Champion a collaborative spirit on the product and engineering teams, as well as with other stakeholders.
      • Incorporate feedback constructively to improve designs.
    • Continuous Learning and Adaptation
      • Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies, with a willingness to experiment and innovate in application design to continuously improve user experience.
      • Adjust to changing needs and requirements.
  • Attention to Detail and Quality
    • Create pixel-perfect designs with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Strive for high-quality execution in all aspects of design work.

Keys to Success

  • Demonstrated success designing product(s) for enterprise customers
  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Expertise in using Figma and design software for illustrations.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decision
  • A deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges of the design domain
  • Highly motivated and committed to producing exceptional work
  • Resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges

The base starting salary range for this role begins at $145,000.00
