About Bruno:
Bruno is an open-source, Git-native API client built for developers who prefer local-first workflows, minimal UI, and simplicity. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Operations & Support Associate who thrives on detail, process, and helping customers get answers quickly.

Background:
This is a full-time, onsite role that will work closely with our COO and Finance teams.
As our paying customer base scales rapidly, we need someone who can keep our order-to-cash process smooth and ensure customers have a great experience post-sale. You’ll be central to how revenue flows through Bruno from quote to renewal, and will help build operational systems that scale with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including quotes, invoices, and renewals.

  • Be the point of contact for billing, tax, and payment-related questions.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and billing data (HubSpot, Stripe, etc.).

  • Partner with Finance to reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks (contracts, order forms, compliance docs).

  • Document and improve sales and billing workflows for efficiency.

  • Create internal SOPs and help define metrics for operational health.

About you:

  • 2–4 years in Sales Ops, Order Management, or Revenue Operations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable owning operational systems end-to-end.

  • Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and process-driven.

  • Familiar with CRM and billing systems (HubSpot, Stripe, or equivalents).

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Bonus:

  • Experience in an early-stage software startup.

  • Exposure to finance or revenue recognition workflows.

  • Familiarity with automation or workflow tools (Zapier, Notion, or similar).
