About the role:

Apprentice is looking for several Business Development Representatives to add to our team who are experienced in driving top-of-the-funnel leads. This position can be located fully remote with expectations to travel to the office quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Senior Sales Executives
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of sales accepted leads (SAL's)
  • Consistently identify net new logos to expand our business portfolio from strategic research and outreach
  • Strong utilization of salesforce and organization is highly desirable
  • In depth knowledge or ability to learn SaaS and life sciences
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for director level and above audiences.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify and research leads within key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Prior experience in life sciences and SaaS, with a strong preference for both
  • At least 2+ years' of relevant work experience in SaaS and Life Sciences (or another related field)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, life sciences, biotech, and pharmaceuticals is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
