AlertMedia is looking for a Legal Intern to join our Commercial Legal team. This individual will assist our legal teams in conducting research, document retrieval and reviewing of commercial contracts. This is a hybrid Austin-based role with an expectation of 25-40 hours per week (within Monday – Friday, 9am-5:00pm business hours). Schedule can be flexible to accommodate a school schedule.

Who you are:

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to supporting the team and business. This intern will assist in the management of customer contracts and vendor agreements.

What you get to do every day:

• Conduct thorough searches within our Salesforce database to identify and locate customer agreements
• Maintain and organize customer contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Drive operational efficiencies within the legal team through data analysis and continued process improvement
• Support legal team members with various research projects as needed

What you bring to the role:

• Previous experience in legal research, paralegal work, or legal internships
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong research and data management skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Strongly preferred - Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal contracts
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
