Who you are:

AlertMedia is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager, Northern Europe to help us introduce AlertMedia to a wide variety of prospective customers via thoughtful, measured, and professional campaigns. You will be responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of B2B demand generation strategies in the Northern European market to generate opportunities and pipeline. This role reports to our Director, Segment Marketing & Events (US-based).

You are passionate about creating sales opportunities and skilled in developing strategies and tactics that drive revenue. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to support the team and business.

What you get to do every day:

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and targets for our growth in the Northern European market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to fully understand our market potential, buyer’s journey, and key personas to accurately message and target our solutions in Northern Europe.
  • Shape our go-to-market messaging across channels to improve brand recognition.
  • Plan, execute, and manage industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and products, ensuring successful execution and maximum engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Support sales team, running collaborative field campaigns that drive new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the larger US-based marketing team in the creation of campaigns across all marketing channels, ensuring relevancy to the Northern European audience.
  • Partner with the product marketing team to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the Northern European audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization
  • Knowledge of Northern European market and B2B consumer behavior
  • Comfortability in wearing many hats; experience in product marketing and demand generation is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels, particularly in new market entries.
  • Meticulous project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Project management software experience a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Incredible communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, while working across sometimes diverse teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
