ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Mortgage Instructor on our Hybrid Learning team, you will deliver engaging and effective online instruction to students across various stages of their mortgage education journey. Using comprehensive, company-provided materials, you will be a part of a team of instructors teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses based on organizational needs and individual expertise.

This role goes beyond simply teaching — you’ll inspire students, clarify complex concepts through real-world examples, answer questions with empathy and accuracy, and help foster a vibrant, loyal alumni network. We’re looking for instructors who are passionate about student success, enthusiastic about sharing their mortgage lending knowledge, and committed to guiding future professionals toward achieving their career goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver assigned courses using Aceable’s structured curriculum and content
  • Actively engage students through live webinars and interactive discussions
  • Apply best practices and proven strategies to help students meet and exceed course objectives
  • Contribute to ongoing curriculum improvement by providing feedback and participating in development sessions, team meetings, and training events
  • Respond to student questions or inquiries in a timely manner
  • Remain updated on mortgage industry law changes and market trends related to the content instructed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience as a licensed mortgage loan originator
  • Active mortgage loan originator license
  • Compliance with any applicable NMLS instructor licensing requirements
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • A demonstrated ability to support student achievement in the mortgage lending industryExperience with online instruction platforms, live-streaming, or webinar technology
  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
  • A suitable remote working environment with reliable internet connection and distraction free, quiet area for webinars is required
  • Reside in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York (excluding Boroughs), North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington

The Aceable Hybrid Learning Team is part of the Product Strategy and Operations group and lives our core values, is ego-free and team first, and is obsessed with creating positive, interactive learning experiences for our students. We partner with instructors who have real world industry experience and leverage technology tools to ensure our students are able to gain the knowledge they need to succeed on licensing exams or achieve license renewal.
